| | November 27 | At the recommendation of the
Medical Fee Guide Revision Committee, the Workers' Compensation Commission agreed to hire a consultant to assist the Committee in analyzing the data collected by the MFGRC (see details in Minutes). On 11/22/02 a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the project was released. Bids must be received by 4:00 p.m. on December 16, 2002. The contract will be awarded on/about 1/16/03. A preliminary report from the vendor will be due thirty (30) business days after the award and the final report is expected on 3/26/03.
