Effective July 24, 2006, hearings for Washington, Frederick and Carroll Counties will be held in Suite 200 of the Ridgecrest Center located at 1890 North Market Street.
From Interstate 70, take exit 53B (Rt. 15 North) to Rt. 26 East and turn right at the first light onto Routzahn's Way and head right onto North Market Street. Turn left into the first business park and follow around to the rear of the parking lot. The entrance to the 1890 building will be on your right.
