| November 30 | On October 14, 2004, the Workers' Compensation Commission proposed Regulation .30 under COMAR 14.09.01 Procedural Regulations. This action was taken at a public meeting, notice which was given by publication, pursuant to State Government Article 10-506, Annotated Code of Maryland. The proposed regulation is published in the 11/29/2004 issue of the Maryland Register. Final action on these proposed changes will be taken at a public meeting on January 27, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. on the 7th floor at the Workers' Compensation Commission, 10 E. Baltimore Street, Baltimore, MD. No public comments will be taken at the public meeting on January 27, 2005.
