May 20 | The Commission is proud to announce the opening of its new Eastern (Shore) Maryland Regional Hearing Site in Cambridge, Maryland. Beginning June 9, 2004, the Commission will no longer utilize the location at the Cambridge Holiday Inn Express. The address of new site is 828 Airpax Road, Suite 400, Cambridge, MD 21613 (Blackwater Corporate Center). A map and directions are posted HERE for future need and reference (this site is not active prior to 06/09/04). Please note our regional hearing sites are not open before 9:00 a.m. |
May 13 | The Workers' Compensation Commission held an open meeting to withdraw regulations amended under COMAR 14.09.02
(Governmental Group Self-Insurance Regulations) on March 11, 2004. The proposed regulations were withdrawn and the notice published in the April 30, 2004 Maryland Register. |
