The Commission is closed Monday, October 13th in observance of Columbus Day. 
We will open for business at 8:00am on Tuesday, October 14, 2008.

October 24

Two new Online Services WebForms are available for Online Services subscribers. The Commission's Request for Document Correction form C-90 and Request to Implead a Party form H33R are now listed in the File Forms list. These forms were among the most requested by many in the community and also permit attachments (attached files) on submissions where they are appropriate or necessary.

If you have any questions on the forms' functions, please contact us via [email protected]. Any questions of the proper use or requirements of WCC forms should be sent to our Public Service office or the WCC Claims Division. Dedicated email addresses and contact information are listed on our FAQ page.

October 10Reminder: Pursuant to COMAR 14.09.01.27 a party requiring interpreter services for a witness with limited English proficiency must, within ten (10) days of the issuance of the notice containing the date, time and location of the hearing, contact the Commission's Interpreter Program Office (IPO) and identify each individual for whom an interpreter will be required.  If there are multiple witnesses requiring interpretation, it may be necessary to schedule more than one interpreter to facilitate the hearing.  Interpreter services will not be provided at the hearing for a previously unidentified witness with limited English proficiency.  Please see the Interpreter Services page for more information.
October 7The Commission will not host any on-site workshops/informational meetings in 2008; however, the Commission offers its 2008 MCRSP Practitioner workshop on-line. Go to the Vocational Rehabilitation Continuing Education page or Click here for the online MCRSP Rehabilitation Provider Training Workshop.

The NCCI Maryland State Advisory Forum will be held at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.  More details and information is posted to their web page (link to State forums information).
