On October 24, 2001, the Workers' Compensation Commission adopted amendments to Regulation .23C(1) under COMAR 14.09.01 Procedural Regulations and Regulations .01 and .02 under COMAR 14.09.06, Local Office Requirements for Insurers.  This action was taken at a public meeting, notice of which was given by publication pursuant to State Government Article 10-506, Annotated Code of Maryland.  This action was proposed for adoption in 28:18 Maryland Register 1640 (September 7, 2001) has been adopted as proposed.  Effective date to be 10 days after publication in the November 16, 2001 Maryland Register MORE INFO CLICK HERE
