Effective June 1, 2021, the State moved from an Elevated
Level II - Flexible Operations to normal Level II of the
Pandemic Flu and Other Infectious Diseases Policy. With
the elimination of the Elevated Level II, there is no
need for the screening questionnaires to be answered
upon entry to State facilities. The Commission has also
dispensed with the taking of temperatures, disinfecting
hearing rooms between hearings, and the elevator and
restroom restrictions. There is a new sign at the
entrance to each of our facilities and visitors must
read and acknowledge the sign as they enter our space.
Unvaccinated individuals are strongly encouraged to wear
masks while on the premises. Despite these changes,
all Hearing Exhibits shall continue to be submitted
electronically to the Commission at least three (3) days
prior to the hearing. Impeachment documents to be
presented during the hearing will be emailed to the
Commissioner and the parties during the hearing and
shall be filed electronically with the Commission after
the hearing is concluded. |
