  • Changes to COMAR 14.09.01.25 - Attorney's Fees are effective July 26, 2010.  See Regulatory Changes for details.

  • Documents and official filings must be submitted to the Commission on white paper; colored paper is not permitted.  All submissions must be clear, legible and printed on white paper.  Submissions on color paper stock will result in processing delays or return of the documents.

  • Emergency regulation COMAR 14.09.01.19 -  Agreements for Final Compromise and Settlement is extended until 12/29/2010.  See Regulatory Changes for details.

  • Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA) for Calendar Year 2011:  Section 9-638 of the Labor and Employment Article provides for an annual cost of living adjustment (COLA) for compensation paid under Subtitle V to covered employees with a permanent total disability.  The COLA provision became effective January 1, 1988 and is only payable for an accidental injury or occupational disease sustained on or after January 1, 1988.
    The cost of living adjustment that will become effective on January 1, 2011 is     - 0.4%.  See MD Compensation Rates for more information

  • The MD WCC Medical Fee Guide Committee is scheduled for Wednesday July  28, 2010 at 2 pm.

    The meeting is open to the public.
